1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 369club platform (available at 369club.biz, hereinafter "the Platform," "369club," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

369club is operated for and directed toward players in the Philippines. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are accessing it from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted and that you are not prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online gaming activities.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to register only one (1) account with 369club. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, or accounts created to circumvent previous sanctions, will be suspended and all associated balances forfeited.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 369club reserves the right to verify all information provided and to request supporting documentation at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 369club login credentials, including your username and password. 3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and potential account restriction until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All transactions on 369club are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet are accepted subject to minimum and maximum limits displayed at the time of deposit.

4.2 Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed in near-real-time and are typically reflected in your 369club account balance within sixty (60) seconds of a successful transfer. Bank deposits via InstaPay are generally credited within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. 369club is not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals from verified accounts are typically completed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes. Bank withdrawals are processed within fifteen (15) minutes to two (2) hours subject to bank processing cutoffs. 369club does not charge withdrawal fees on standard cashouts; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

369club is committed to compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines. We reserve the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity, and to report such activity to the appropriate regulatory authorities including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on 369club are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on winnings derived from bonus funds. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a stated multiple of the bonus amount before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

369club reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and suspend or terminate accounts where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or arbitrage bets to satisfy wagering requirements, and any coordinated strategy designed to exploit promotional offers.

5.4 369club's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

369club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account.

6. Game Rules and Fairness

6.1 Random Number Generation

6.2 Live Dealer Games

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users of 369club are prohibited from engaging in any of the following:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the Platform's source code or proprietary systems;
• Creating accounts on behalf of a third party or allowing a third party to use your account;
• Using the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm other players or 369club staff;
• Exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be immediately reported to 369club and any winnings derived therefrom will be void.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 369club Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, game titles, and text — is the intellectual property of 369club or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from 369club without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

369club collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at 369club.biz/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described therein. 369club complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines in its handling of personal data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 369club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 369club has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

369club's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
